27 days until I leave for North Myrtle Beach. Thinking of the team and trying to prepare leads me to Colossians 1.

“And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. as you may be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption for the forgiveness of sins.”

My hope is that our team will:

be FULL of the Lord’s knowledge, blessed with wisdom

walk in a manner worthy of our calling

be strengthened with the power of the Father’s might that we can endure and be patient

be reminded of the qualifications we have from the Almighty

have confidence that the domain of darkness has no rule over us

live in the redemption we have been given

I am beyond excited to experience this grace and be overwhelmed with the great plans the Lord has brought before us.
